Joint Venture Funding

AssetStone provides Joint Venture Funding for Real Estate Development in the UK, with a specific focus on Residential, PRS, BTR and PBSA, however, we will consider other sectors providing the fundamentals of the deal are strong. 

AssetStone can provide the following:

Funding, post Senior debt split up to 80/20 with our JV Partner. The funding will be secured on a second charge behind the Senior debt and interest accrued may be deducted off the profit share of AssetStone upon disposal of the asset(s) depending on the level of funding required post senior debt.

The JV partner to cover all Legal, Valuation and Monitoring Surveyor costs for both the senior lender and AssetStone. We are happy to consider counting these towards the equity contribution of the JV Partner. 

Senior Debt

We will consider providing senior debt development opportunities – in the UK and Europe from £5m to £100m. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. 

Bridging Funding

We will consider providing bridging finance in the UK from £500k upwards. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

    Gross 75% LTV up to 90% of purchase price

    Less than 18 months
  • Target Returns:
    6 to 10% p.a

Mezzanine/JV Debt Funding

2nd Charge
