Richard has over 18 years experience in property development, finance and short-term lending. He has worked with several major UK funds specialising in the fixed income space within both the commercial and residential property sectors. He has significant experience in both short term real estate lending and capital raising and has structured and listed multiple fixed income securities across several European stock exchanges. He has an in-depth knowledge and experience of both the legal and compliance areas of lending, investment structuring and operations in his field. richard@assetstone.co.uk
Tim has Director and Senior Management experience in real estate private equity and development, both in the UK and overseas and was responsible for north of £1.8bn of GDV for development and investment projects in the UK, Europe and North America, until early 2020 and c. £450m of GDV since that point. He has extensive experience across all tenure mixes delivering speculative residential developments, socially affordable housing, PBSA, BTR, Permitted Development, Hotel and PRS schemes. Prior to joining AssetStone, Jack was Finance Director at Castlebrooke Investments, a private UK based property company that specialises in investment, development, and asset management. Previous experience also includes roles at the infrastructure hedge fund Equitix Limited and Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance. Extensive experience in all financial aspects including reporting to shareholders and investors, statutory accounting, investment appraisal, internal controls and SPV management.
